Brain fog?

Waking up tired?

Weight gain / weight loss no matter what?

Anxiety?

Heart palpitations?

Fatigue?

Difficulty breathing when running/ going up the stairs?

Hair loss?

You may be doing everything right — eating healthy, taking supplements, working out... But no matter what you tried, you may feel sluggish, with dry skin and foggy mind. No wonder that all of this can maybe you feel like a stranger in your own body.

Because your thyroid may be out of balance (underactive or overactive!)

In Western medicine, the focus is on the symptom and lab value — especially TSH, T3, and T4.

When the thyroid becomes underactive, doctors usually prescribe synthetic hormones (like levothyroxine) to normalize TSH levels.

The result: the numbers look better, but the root cause often remains untouched.

Ayurveda takes a completely different approach:

It doesn’t just look at the thyroid gland — it looks at the entire system of energy and metabolism and the balance of the doshas that govern your body’s communication and transformation.

I don’t "just" treat the thyroid, but I look at the entire ecosystem of the body. Because your metabolism, emotions, digestion, and even the way you process stress are all part of the same web!

From the Ayurvedic lens:

  • Hypothyroidism is usually linked to low Agni and Kapha-Vata imbalance: sluggish metabolism, coldness, and stagnation in the channels.

  • Hyperthyroidism often involves Pitta-Vata aggravation: overactivity, heat, dryness, restlessness.

As you can see, different symptoms = different root causes.

Your thyroid health is deeply connected to Agni (digestive fire), dosha balance, and the quality of your dhatus (body tissues). If one is off, everything else follows!

If you want to understand this topic better, I would like to direct you to my webinar "Understand Your Thyroid" , where I am going deep into:

>> The hidden connection between your thyroid and your digestive fire (Agni)

>> The reason why thyroid imbalances often start years before symptoms appear

>> Why no amount of “healthy eating” will help if your Dhatus (tissues) are weak

>> Simple Ayurvedic rituals to support your thyroid naturally— without extreme diets or medications

At 15, I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid and prescribed medication to regulate my TSH levels... However, the underlying causes of my condition were never explored 🥹 This oversight is unfortunately very common... Many thyroid disorders are often underdiagnosed, particularly in women, who are x7 more likely than men to have elevated TSH levels (!)

10 years later, I took charge of my health to uncover the deeper mental and emotional roots of my thyroid imbalance. By integrating modern medical insights with holistic and ancient wisdom, I developed a comprehensive understanding of the problem, one that addresses more than just symptoms ✨

This is the transformative journey I now offer to my clients, empowering them to find and address the root cause of their thyroid imbalance.

I now would like to invite you to schedule a free introduction call with me so that I can explain you how I would approach working 1:1 with you on your thyroid health:
